Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund is part of a federal program that provided over $182 million to the Hoosier state to help homeowners prevent avoidable foreclosure—and help stabilize neighborhoods. The program offered mortgage payment assistance to qualifying homeowners.
“The Face of Foreclosure” was a large-scale campaign we developed, rich with a variety of designed collateral. This advertising series centered around how there are many different faces of foreclosure—a variety of people, even those you might not expect may be facing foreclosure.
The video advertisements for this campaign, which our team wrote, won a regional Emmy.
Since its inception in 2011, the employment and housing markets have shifted significantly. In 2020 and 2021 the program helped Hoosier homeowners impacted by COVID-19 stay in their homes.
Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund provided mortgage assistance to more than 11,3000 Hoosiers in 92 counties.
