Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund is part of a federal program that provided over $182 million to the Hoosier state to help homeowners prevent avoidable foreclosure—and help stabilize neighborhoods. The program offered mortgage payment assistance to qualifying homeowners.

Our team created several advertising campaigns, including “This is Your Home”. This set of designs pays homage to the fact that our homes are more than four walls and a roof – it’s where our most precious memories are made.

Since its inception in 2011, the employment and housing markets have shifted significantly. In 2020 and 2021 the program helped Hoosier homeowners impacted by COVID-19 stay in their homes.

Indiana’s Hardest Hit Fund provided mortgage assistance to more than 11,3000 Hoosiers in 92 counties.
